For the health and safety of all, the wearing of a surgical mask is mandatory from the moment you arrive at the airport and throughout your Air France flight.
Surgical masks on their own are not a guarantee against transmission. However, when combined with other personal safety measures, they provide effective protection against the virus.
Your comfort, well-being and health remain our highest priority. As the world faces an unprecedented health crisis, we have put special measures in place to ensure you a safe trip when traveling with us.
Since 11 May, it is mandatory to wear a surgical mask on board our aircraft. For your comfort, we advise you to bring along several surgical masks. The checking of passengers’s body temperature is gradually implemented at the departure of some Air France flights to international destinations. The temperature will be taken using a non-contact infrared thermometer.
