In the past few months, we’ve all been missing the people and places we love.

As the world opens up once more, we are looking forward to welcoming you back on board.

You’ll see changes at every step of the journey when you fly with us, with new protective measures on the ground and in the air. Your safety remains at the heart of everything we do.

Face masks

We require you to wear a face mask at all times in the airport.  As a guide, each mask lasts up to four hours.

Self-service check-in

If you can’t check in online, use the self-service kiosk and check in any baggage at our Bag Drop area.

Lounges

We are starting to re-open our lounges with new measures to ensure your health, well-being and safety. Read more

Minimising contact

Observe safe distance markers at the airport and boarding gate, where we are trialling a new boarding process.

Hand sanitisers

Sanitising stations are positioned throughout the airport and next to touchpoints such as check-in kiosks and arrivals desks.

Boarding

Self-scan your boarding pass where possible but we’ll be on hand to check your passport details.

Cleaning nose to tail

Every key surface is disinfected after every flight and we clean our aircraft from nose to tail every day.

Cleaning your area

We sanitise key surfaces before every flight, from your seat to your screen, seat buckle and tray tables.

Refreshed air

In the cabin, air is completely replaced every 2 to 3 minutes, passing through HEPA filters.

HEPA filters

HEPA filters remove microscopic bacteria and virus clusters with over 99.9% efficiency, equivalent to hospital operating theatre standards.

Maintaining distance

Observe safe distance markers and instructions. Follow the advice of the country’s public health and airport guidelines.

Connections: You must stay airside if you’re connecting through Heathrow. For other airports, visit their website.

Baggage collection The process will be the same, though you’ll need to observe safe distance markers at all times.

We require all customers to wear a face mask at all times in the airport and on board. As a guide, a face mask could last up to four hours, so please make sure that you bring enough for the duration of your trip. We’ll ask you to remove it for any passport checks but you’ll be advised to do so by our colleagues. Please be aware that some airports now mandate that you wear face masks so make sure you check your destination airport and country guidelines before you travel, so you can arrive prepared.
