- Staff wearing gloves in all food preparation and during cleaning protocols
- Hand sanitizer available throughout the Resort
- Deep cleaning reinforcement including sanitizing surfaces and equipment more frequently
- Social distancing with floor markings
- Limited number of guests and capacity with a maximum of 70% of resorts capacity
- Guest’s temperature checks upon check-in and periodically during stay
- Doctor or Nurse available 24/7 in the Resort

An International Scientific Committee comprised of a specialized team of doctors and professors advises Club Med on health & hygiene protocols and validates the enhanced protocols, taking into account recommendations from worldwide health authorities and local regulations.

- Systematic temperature taking at the beginning of each work shift

Low density Resorts & open-air natural environment
- Our Resorts are, on average, more than 50 acres, with bungalow-style, low-rise buildings (generally less than 3 floors)
- Resorts are integrated in and respectful of the surrounding natural environment
- Resorts will operate with capped capacity of 70% to enable social distancing and space
