For Travel July 1, 2020 and beyond (reservations booked prior to April 13, 2020)
- Cancellation policies at the time of booking apply.
- Reservations are in full penalty if cancelled inside 14 days of travel

- New reservations for travel July 1, 2020, and beyond may be changed or cancelled at no charge up to 24‐hours prior to arrival. Exceptions to the 24‐hour cancellation policy are:
– Christmas/New Year’s (12/25/20‐1/1/21) holiday period: reservations may only be changed or cancelled at no charge up to 30‐day prior to arrival
– February 11 – April 10, 2021: standard 14‐day policy applies (i.e. reservations may only be changed or cancelled at no charge up to 14 days prior to arrival). - Full payment for the stay is due at 14 days prior to arrival (30 days for peak holiday dates)
- Early departure = 100% no refund for unused nights

Governmental Guidance
We are in constant contact with local government officials and global health organizations, including the World Health Organization (WHO) and the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) to maintain the highest standards of safety. The scale of the global efforts to contain the disease is immense, and we are keeping a watchful eye on the rapid global updates related to travel. TRAVEL ALERTS
Dominican Republic
Starting 30th of July 2020 the Dominican government has ordered all persons entering the Dominican Republic must bring a PCR Covid-19 test result realized no longer than a maximum 5 days prior to arrival.
The local authorities will test persons who can´t show a PCR Covid-19 test result or it has expired at the time of arrival at the airport.
Jamaica
Jamaica has introduced measures to manage the risks associated with the Covid-19 pandemic. All travelers must obtain a Travel Authorization prior to departure and to adhere to safety protocols while in Jamaica.
For July 10, 2020, and later arrivals, all travelers from New York, Florida, Arizona and Texas in the USA will be required to upload a negative Covid-19 Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR) test result. The date of the test must be within 10 days of the arrival date in order to obtain a Travel Authorization.
